Mrittikay Mohakal is a non profitable cultural organization from Sylhet, Bangladesh. [1] It is one of the biggest cultural organization in Sylhet. It was founded 20 February 2011 By Syed Symoom Anjum Evan. Syed Symoom Anjum Evan works as Radio jockey at Bangladesh Betar.[2]Mrittikay Mohakal” works on three biggest form of literature. Drama, Recitation and Music. Members of this organization calls themselves "The abstract saint of art".

Histoy

In 2011, a group of creative people decided to create a cultural organization which will work on thousand years old Bengali Culture. They created the group name Mrittikay Mohakal in 20 February 2011, remembering International Mother Language Day, which was the idea to celebrate International Mother Language Day inspired from Bangladesh. In Bangladesh 21 February is the anniversary of the day when Bangladeshis fought and died for recognition for the Bangla language.

Ultimate Goal

The word "Mrittika" is a Bengali word which means soil or earth and "Mohakal" means eternal time or infinite. "Mrittikay Mohakal's" ultimate goal is a journey toward the eternal time or infinite from the dust.
