Impactor--Also can be used as a word that signifies a person required by Change-Board, closed-loop reporting procedures to provide detailed Cost, Schedule, and/or Technical change comments (IMPACTS)and or concurrence/non-concurrence type assessment. Typically used in a technical program/project managed environment.
