Ex co-owner of 6 Pack meals India,Co owner and face of “Marika Healthy Kitchen India” Started a career as a bodybuilder and Fitness athlete 20 years ago. Been competing in Swedish Nationals, The World Championships and The US Pro division to qualify for the Ms Olympia. Marika has experienced all training techniques and diets during these years And have met with some of the big names in Hollywood like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dorian Yates, Ray Liotta, Al Pacino and Dolph Lundgren to mention a few. She been training with some of the best bodybuilders and icons in the industry like Dorian Yates, Lenda Murray,Lou Ferrigno,Robbie Robinson, Charles Glass, to mention a few. Her collected knowledge and experience has made her one of the most popular Celebrity trainers in the world).

Early Life

Marika ,born in a small town in Sweden, was raised with her four brothers, and was very keen in Sports since her childhood. Her dad was a powerlifter and a professional motocross rider. He later coached and trained two of his sons in powerlifting . Marika decided at the age of 18 to follow In her dad’s footstep by starting lifting weights in a local gym in her hometown Ronne by. She was very interested in bodybuilding and beganto read American muscle magazines where she saw photos of female bodybuilders.tr which led to the start of her competitive career in bodybuilding. Soon her talent was recognised and got compliments for her physique and her training and In 2005 she earned her PRO card for IFBB PRO league and same year she placed 4th in her first Pro show. From 2006 -2010 she lived in Los Angeles and Boise, USA where she worked as a personal trainer. From 2012 she has been travelling to work as a Fitness consult, Celebrity Trainer , Nutrition coach and Transformation specialist in Mumbai.She has since then worked with many of the Bollywood stars,Hrithik Roshan for the movie Krrish 3,Siddharth Malhotra for the movie Brothers, Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor,Alia Bhatt,Katrina Kaif,Amit Sadhto mention a few.

Her passion and specialty of making healthy food tasty for the Indian market has been collected in her new Award winning book Marika’ s Healthy Kitchen. In 2014 she became co- founder and co- owner of the Diet food company 6 Pack Meals . In November 2016 she rebranded the company to “Marika Healthy Kitchen” ,a diet food company that cater food to Bollywood and to Mumbai Business world. In 2017 she launched her own supplement line “Marika Johansson Premier Line”
