My subsidiary watchlists are for articles that I want to make sure to keep an eye on even when I don't have time to keep up on my watchlist. This one is specifically for name articles (given names, surnames, and related dab pages) that I have cleaned up or watchlisted for other reasons, and now I want to make sure that they stay in good condition.
