I've been making advancements in alternative fuels in cars, as well as how to run regular cars on alternative fuels without any major modifications. I believe in phasing out oil based fuels soon because they only cause harm to the economy and the environment. They will be running out soon, it's just a matter of what will happen when they do. I've been getting more politically active the past few years and doing a lot of research. Sadly the more I find the more faith and confidence I lose in our government. I stay as unbiased as one can and there seems to be an unbelievable amount of corruption going on and it's getting worse. The government seems to be taking away more and more freedoms all the time, making some petty excuse like "national security". They seem to have been trying to get us used to the idea of accepting torture in many forms for a long time. One might not know for sure because the media won’t admit to things and the government won’t admit to things they hide. The things I have found and seen all point to the idea that they are converting this country to a form of fascism and trying to keep the public blind from it. They will just discredit anyone who speaks out against the government, and then that person can’t say anything, no matter how good their evidence is. I don't consider myself a democrat or a republican, neither were good enough to satisfy me, they both have some major flaws in their beliefs. I'd like to be able to provide great evidence to support some issues that is as NPOV as it can be. It cant be completely NPOV because then there would be no evidence to support any controversial issues, that's the fundamental flaw with complete NPOV.
Wikipedia is good, but where it lacks is in controversial issues. In these cases it will most of the time take the mainstream view, even if it is very wrong, that's the flaw with Wikipedia in these cases. NPOV is good, but it still has it's limits in these situations. Good reasoning, open mindedness, discussion, and understanding are the way to agree on situations when NPOV might be in question.
