Gonapinuwala Kariyawasam Vithanage Praneeth Tiroshan Silva (also known as Praneeth Silva) (Sinhala: ප්රනීත් ටිරෝෂන් සිල්වා ; born 20 November 1992) is a Researcher in wildlife Conservation and Management in Sri Lanka. He is currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant associated to the Department of Zoology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
Personal life
editHe was born on 20 November 1992 in Ratnapura. Primary and secondary education were completed from St. Aloysius National College, Ratnapura. His partiality in science especially for animals’ spans as far back till to kid time as he was growing up near the marvelous and very famous world heritage of Sinharaja Forest Reserve. Therefore, he used to love them, care them and protect them.
