Prakassh Nathan is a Media professional with more than 22 years of work experience. After 10 long years in Entertainment viz. Moserbaer, UTV & Disney, he has now ventured on his entrepreneurial journey in Entertainment Media. He was Director for Operations & Post Production at The Walt Disney Company (India), a global media & entertainment giant, in his last assignment . He joined UTV in 2007 and has been a part of its transition from a domestic player to an international trouper, adding a new arena to his rich exposure.

His dynamic personality is not merely limited to the screen but goes beyond to the people behind it. He shares a very professional yet affable relationship with the leaders in this industry. Prakash is adroit and well adept in listening to scripts and filtering projects, sourcing, production & post production, censor management, marketing, distribution and Digital Asset Management.   It would be unfair to leave out his contribution to the epidemic of piracy which has engulfed the world of cinema in its garb. Prakash has played an instrumental role in varied anti-piracy actions, drawing the attention of media to his exemplary work in furtherance of this cause. Prior to joining this industry he has been part of and lead Marketing & Sales of various companies ranging from electronics to cement to office automation, which has made him a seasoned professional having an in-depth knowledge of sales & distribution which is an integral part of the media & entertainment industry.
