Euphuism(festival)
EUPHUISM(Derived: English: Euphoria) is the annual cultural festival of GIMT Guwahati, held in the month of January, and is a popular name in the region. It is a 3 days long festival. It includes Bollywood Artists, Rock bands, Fashion shows and various competitions. Euphuism has hosted performances by Euphoria (Indian band), Zubeen, higher on maiden, Raghu Dixit, Papon. The festival hunts for the upcoming talents and creates social awareness.
History
Euphuism started in 2010 and continues to flourish as a glorious cultural festival in the region.It took its breadth as a small cultural event. It is completely run by the students of GIMT and GIPS till its inception and funded by various sponsors.
