User claims to be Washington DC professor] (such as Professor W. Burlette Carter). Haven't confirmed if they are the same person or a colleague.
The user has contributed good citations on a lot of articles, but recently has focused on racial and gender-related articles, often adding the citations and arguments of W. Burlette Carter. While these may be legitimate citations, they may also violate WP:SELFCITE and cause a COI.
