Public Administrator /policy analyst Antonio A. Asa (born December 31) is an American policy analyst / compliance officer who represented the City of Baltimore ‘s Central office of Head Start and provided administrative supervision to 64 programs and 17 delegate agencies insuring proper spending and safety from 2008 to fiscal 2015. Asa is a military veteran of two branches and served in the capacities of Supply man and later an Infantry team leader. Asa is certified in Union organizing, Program evaluation and Maryland Emergency Management Operations. Asa demonstrates a well-balanced concept of bipartisan government efforts and has undertaken the challenge to run for public office 4 times. Asa has a degree in Public Administration /policy and is pursuing his MPA/ Juris Doctorate of Law at University of Baltimore.
