PhilSCV (born Philip Dana Marshall on April 5th, 1968 is a member of the Wikipedia community. His Wikipedia user name, PhilSCV is a combination of his nickname (Phil) and the acronym for the Santa Clara Vanguard, a youth performing arts organization he fell in love with as a teenager.

PhilSCV is an author of hard science fiction stories that use the Theory of Persistence and antigravity at their core. PhilSCV is the creator of the Theory of Persistence, a theory of gravitational and quantum physics. PhilSCV is an entrepreneur who has created pages for companies he's founded such as Conversa Health, a healthcare technology company as well as JumperCut, Inc, a collaborative video technology company. He was also an early pioneer in Personal Health Records at WellMed (now WebMD Health Services), where he led product strategy. PhilSCV also refounded the Oregon Crusaders, a youth performing arts organization based in Portland, Oregon. He is the President of the Board of Directors for the organization.
