Introduction about Myself,
I am a Librarian by profession and have served in Public Libraries as well as Academic Libraries. I am proud to announce that wherever I am assigned to serve, I always leave beautiful and unforgettable footprints through the library programs I implement in collaboration with my user community.
I am currently enrolled for a short course entitled 'Wikipedia in African Libraries'. I believe attending this course will deepen my knowledge regarding publishing through Wikipedia.
Thank You.
Conflict of Interest Statement
I work for OCLC, a nonprofit library service provider dedicated to serving the global library community, and helping to provide broad access to library resources. I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia.
I specifically work for the WebJunction program and am co-developing the curriculum for the Wikipedia + Libraries: Better Together project. WebJunction is an online continuing education, information and community resource for library staff with a particular, but not exclusive, focus on small to medium public libraries in the United States. WebJunction helps library staff build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to deliver transformational services to their communities. WebJunction is free to use, all are welcome
