Peter David Tuddenham was born in London in 1954. He grew up in North London. At 16 he obtained a glider license. He also constructed a hovercraft using designs from the Daily Express. In 1973 he was commissioned into the British Army as a 2Lt into the Corps of Royal Engineers from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey, England. He studied Systems Behaviour and Industrial Relations at the British Open University.

He served in Germany, USA, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In 1980 he moved to Colorado USA. From 1980 to 1984 he worked for the Adolph Coors Company, in Human Resources and the Corporate Public Affairs Departments. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis College, now called Regis University. He went onto study in a PhD program in Systems Design with Bela Banathy at Saybrook Institute.

From 1984 to 1985 he was the Manager of Strategic Issues for Arizona Public Service in Phoenix, Arizona.

As an Executive in Residence at Arizona State University Center for Ethics he studied the deregulation of the telephone industry and observed the campaign to deregulate Mountain Bell in Arizona.

He moved to Washington DC suburbs in 1986. He was employed by the Allen Corporation, which was purchased by Link Training which was in turn purchased by CAE to become CAE-Link 03:46, 28 July 2020 (UTC)Petertudd (talk)
