The 2023 Duluth municipal election involved the selection of mayor and six city council members. The election was part of the regular municipal cycle for Duluth, Minnesota, held every two years.
Mayor
editRoger Reinert, a former state legislator, significantly led in the mayoral primary, securing 63% of the vote among five candidates, with two-term incumbent Emily Larson advancing as well with 35%. The election, which saw a turnout of 24% among registered voters, positioned Reinert and Larson for the general election on November 7.
