I was born in Monticello, Indiana in 1972, and educated through the Twin Lakes public school system in White County, Indiana. Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Ball State University in 1996.

I am father, husband, activist, eco-warrior, gardener, woodworker, and musician. Wishes that modern society could return to a simpler time, when the holidays were about friends and family instead of sales. Politically, I am un-definable, both a conservative and liberal. Nature is my church. The sermons of the oaks, hickories, maples, redwoods, and ponderosa pines have provided me with countless inspirations to make the world a better place.

Married with 2 wonderful children, and living just outside of Sacramento, California.
