I am active within the community of Wikipedia since 2003. I am a fully fledged chemist (Diplom) and linguist for the English language (Magister Artium) and network administrator (Microsoft and Linux) and and and. I am a resident of Essen (a town in the German metropolregion Ruhrgebiet) where I was born.
I am interested in a variety of themes and try to improve articles whenever I can.
I am a games enthusiast and favour simulations and "grown up" games like the series of 18XX games started by the late Francis Tresham with 1829. Beside this I am also into RPGs and translate game rules from English to German for some years now.
