Paul McIntyre was born in 1972 in Hannover Germany, He is a highly experienced and professional Chef, Project & Event Manager and nutritionist with over 20 years’ experience in catering & hospitality. Paul has been a chef since finishing his apprentice in 1992 Paul is a driven individual with a real flare for innovative catering. Paul has cooked for royalty and government and has been a chef with the BBC for many years. Paul had a break from catering and served with the 7th Parachute Regt RHA for 8 years traveling all over the world and serving in many conflicts. In 2013 Paul embarked on a new project Brindian, Brindian is a high street retail brand and will be opening sites across India and UAE. Paul has teamed up with some of the most successful foodie businesses from U.K. and India to create a new brand and style of food for the retail and hospitality market.
