I have never been blocked, nor have I ever been subject to any sanctions.

I do not, and will not ever, edit for pay. If someone has approached you claiming to be me (or any other editor, for that matter), and is asking for payment to write your Wikipedia article or similar, it is a scam. Please report them to paid-en-wp@wikipedia.org immediately.
