About Me edit
First I became a DJ, collecting mountains of vinyl records. Then, music became digital.
Next I became a magazine editor. Then, paper magazines virtually disappeared, replaced by social media.
So, I became a writer, reporting stories from around the globe for online publications. Then, storytelling was replaced by "content".
Now, I'm a vagabond bouncing around Asia, Europe and the States, occasionally getting involved in random (ad)ventures.
Wiki ambitions edit
- Create my second Wikipedia article (and see the first one published!) – Particularly interested in geography, politics or entertainment in SE Asia for next one.
- Correct a couple bios which have been whitewashed of their #metoo moments
- Add a bunch of house music history
- Contribute articles from parts of the world that are underrepresented due to Wikipedia's bias against non-Western sources
- Correct the endless grammar errors that drive my inner pedant crazy
