On en Wikipedia, this user has been disrupting the Dredg article since 2019 from a variety of IPs, mostly in Italy. It's likely the the Dredg IP editor is the same is this user, which has been globally blocked:

After I partial-blocked their primary range from editing Dredg for 2 years, they've begun a forum-shopping campaign using twisted logic to argue that semi-protecting the article is preferable to partial blocking the /18 range, insisting that they are not the vandal, but yet somehow bothered that they are partial-blocked from editing Dredg.

Forum-shopping targets include UTRS, UTRS-admins mailing list, and various other Wikis, e.g. [1]

As of July 2022, the forum shopping was ongoing, so the original 2 year partial-block was extended until 2025.

One of the ranges hit a filter in September, 2022 [2]; partial-block re-applied to 151.48.0.0/16 range.
