Hon. Moses Shyne Barrow is the Member of the Belize House of Representatives for the Mesopotamia constituency. Hon. Barrow was sworn in as Leader of the Opposition on June 24th, 2021 after the majority of the Opposition Members of the House of Representatives wrote the Governor General to inform her that he enjoyed their confidence.
