Caprivi gamepark

Caprivi is one of the regions in Namibia, situated in the northeastern part of the country. Caprivi is a highly tropical area, with medium to high temperatures and rainfall during summer or from November to March, which are the rainy season months, making it the wettest region of Namibia. The land of Caprivi or terrain is mostly made up of swamps, floodplains, wetland, and woodland which cause vegetation to be highly attractive to both animals and tourists. Caprivi is game rich area, home to many animal species including elephants, making Caprivi a nice place for watching wild animals and birds.

The wildlife is controlled by several nature reserves, such as Bwabwata, Mudumu, West Caprivi Game Park, Mahango Game Reserve, and Mimili National Park; animals cross freely from or to Botswana, where the Chobe National Park lies. There are also prime birdwatching areas, which almost contribute 70 percent of bird species found in Namibia being recorded in Caprivi. Accommodation is available at all times in caprivi and prescribed campsites in the Caprivi Game Park like in Kongola , Katima Mulilo,kasika,[impalila island].
