Niloc was born (1955) and raised in Kingston Ontario. A former Police Detective in the Toronto Ontario area. Canadian criminal, political and WW ll buff.
Since I do so much work on the internet, I am now a stickler for Canadian spelling (sometimes it is the only way I can tell what country a company is in!)
