This page exists in order to keep track of various deletion discussions related to soccer team templates.
The second section was taken from Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 9#Lets standardize national team templates, where I started a discussion that resulted in a strong concensus against most types of these templates. World Cup teams are the only national squad templates with any type of support.
