Helao Erastus Ndatipo(Ndeshipanda) Is a Namibian enthusiastic editor, was born in Luderitz on 15 June 1998 and raised in a small village called Ohambungu (Onamutai) in Ongwediva constituency. Ndatipo begin his primary school on various school, but completed his high school at Oshakati Secondary School. He is holding a certificate in dental care assistant, certificate in theology and currently he is doing his diploma in theology at NETS institute (Windhoek).
