Julio Luna Muñoz (Born 1932-Died 2009) was an economist, professor and lawyer specializing in the Latin American fishing industry. He is best known for his work as an economic resource advisor for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Brazil, Haiti and in his native country of Chile pioneering the fishing industry of Tilapia, the fish native to Israel.
