DirecTV-14 is a communication satellite built by Space Systems/Loral, for DirectTV. DirectTV-14 launched on December 6, 2014[1], on a Ariane 5 rocket, from ELA-3 at the Guiana Space Centre. It is the first satellite offering Ultra-HD 4K television services using Reverse DBS[2].
