Majan is the mixed use development under construction in Dubailand, covering an area of 15.6 million sq ft the development will takje three years to built with an expected cost of AED 15 billion.Majn will be the downtown of Dubailand, upon completion,Majan comprises, residential units, retail and entertainment.Around 32 % of the area will comprises residential units, 44 % will be retail and entertainment, and 24 % commercial units.A total of 150 towers will shape the Majan skyline.
