Tianmu lake
Tianmu lake is located in eight kilometers south liyang city.It has an area of 300 square kilometers. Tianmu lake is a reservoir before but it is developed in 1994,and now it is not only one of national AAAA scenic spots but also Jiangsu provincial resorts.There are millions of tourists and the economic income is very considerable. Tianmu lake is not only famous for it's beautiful scenery but also for it's delicious food.and the essence lies in Tianmu lake sand pot fish head.In 1985,when Deng Xiaoping inspected Jiangsu province,the found of Tianmu lake sand pot fish head Zhu Shuncai cooked this dish for Deng Xiaoping,and Deng Xiaoping repeatedly praised this dish after he ate it.What's more,he even let his wife go to the kitchen and appreciate Zhun Shuncai for him. Since then,Yang Shangkun and Jang Zemin also go to eat the dish. Besides Tianmu lake sand pot fish head,white tea in Tianmu lake is also very popular.White tea is good-looking and nutritious,so more and more people would like to buy it. Also you can eat bamboo shoots in Tianmu lake.It is said that bamboo shoots is also a good source of nutrients,eat it for long can fight cancer.
