Hi, internet strangers! I’m a relatively new Wikipedia editor, but hope to make as many helpful contributions as I can. I have found that I have a tendency to either do a lot of minor edits to different articles or fixate on one (often random) article and do extensive research and editing on it. Unfortunately, I also have a tendency to ramble and lose track of the topic of a conversation, which occasionally may be reflected in some of my edits. In other words, if I ever add any information that is outside the scope of an article, please know that this is not intentional and feel free to correct me.

I also have a tendency to assess source reliability according to guidelines I have learned in academic settings out of habit, which can sometimes be an issue sometimes since Wikipedia guidelines on sources seem to be stricter and more "standardized" (i.e., less open to case-by-case interpretations) than I am accustomed to. I am slowly getting better at vetting sources according to Wikipedia's guidelines, and hope that I will be able to provide high quality sources in my future edits.

I can't really say that there is any particular type of article that I plan on focusing my attention on, since creating a Wikipedia account was, admittedly, an impulse decision. I am interested in mathematics, engineering, psychology, sociology, and music, so some of these may end up being frequent topics that I edit pages for.
