Shaikh Russel was born in Rajshahi. He has acquired undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Information & Communication Engineering from Islamic University, Bangladesh. He received a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Networks and Security from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Before that, He started his career with Metro Global Telecommunication PVT. Ltd. in Dhaka as Radio Frequency(RF) Engineer. Later on, he worked with Bangladesh Computer Council, Dhaka as Assistant Programmer. After that, he has also worked with Janata Bank Limited, the second largest commercial bank in Bangladesh, as Executive/Senior Officer (Computer/IT) since July 2012 to August 2020. Currently he is working as an Information and Cyber Security Analyst based in Toronto, Canada.
He believes in freedom of expressions. He thinks man should be evaluated merely by their knowledge and its implementation for the greater welfare of human being, not by color, race, parentage and wealth.
