Numerous complaints have been made toward Longwood Industries, which resulted in a "C" rating with the Better Business Bureau.[[3] Complaints are centered around organization's use of an Auto_dialer to advertize advertizing service through The Big Lot, using phone numbers collected from online automotive classifieds.
