Ontario Drive & Gear Limited (ODG)
History
editFounded in 1962[1] in Kitchener, Ontario. ODG Helped designed the transmission for the famous Amphicat [2]. ODG manufactures 8x8 vehicles and 6x6vehicles also the gamefor many applications, both recreational and industrial.
Recently ODG was asked to help the Canadian Space Agency in designing a lunar vehicle [3]
ARGO
editThe ARGO is an all-terrain 8x8|6x6 amphibious atv. ODG has been manufacturing the ARGOs for well over three decades now. ODG has established the ARGO as a world leader in amphibious vehicles[4]. The ARGO is described by many experts in the industry as the only amphibious atv that can truly go anywhere[5]. The ARGO has been present in many search and rescue missions all throughout the world, recently it helped some students clean up a river[6]
