B-NiCE B-NiCE was born August 21, 1988 in Bakersfield, Ca. His parents parents Hayward and Leslie own their business and have another son Britton. B-NiCE lived in Bakersfield until the age of 8 then he moved to San Luis Obispo, Ca where he lived there up to age 13. His family moved back to Bakersfield in 2001. He attended Stockdale High School where he played basketball. He started rapping and battling friends in his freshman math class and later became known as Young Assassin. He rapped under that nickname until one of his close friends starting calling him B-NiCE and it stuck with him forever. After high school he went off to college to play basketball but had problems with the coach and end up moving back to home after his freshman year ending his hoop dreams. He began to rap with his friends more serioulsy in a group called "Dream-Team" composed of singer/rapper O-Skee, rapper Young Tee, and singer/rapper Jade. They had local success with songs called "freaky bopper" and "freshy" but the group broke up and went onto solo careers before they release an official mixtape or album. B-NiCE and O-Skee remained good friends and continue to make music and plan to release a mixtape titled "Melody & Flow" in July of 2011. B-NiCE is also working on his debut mixtape called "Pleasure & Pain" which will come out in June 2011. B-NiCE has also been working with a producer named Bryson Robinson aka Student and plan to release a mixtape in summer of 2011. B-NiCE also has another mixtape in the works unofficially entitled R.A.W.(Rage And War). As he explains "It's a mixtape of thoughts ive had in my head for a while now. The inner rage I have that nobody can see and constant wars I have with myself everyday. It's also the rage and war I have with society and music of today."
