Early life

Mr. Akhtar was born in the 15th of June, 1959. He grew up in a small village called Chak Deharan near the small town of Dadyal which is in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Mr. Akhtar changed houses for the first time at the age of 5 because the govermont decided to builed the biggest water dam in Asia where Mr. Akhtar used to live. Mr. Akhtar and his family moved to another area of Mirpur called Khari. They lived in a village called Dillo Chuck.
