GULFSIP is a company that provides proprietary Voice over IP services, software applications, and Voice Over IP telephony products.

Gulfsip was founded in 2009 in the kingdom of Bahrain in the Middle East to become one of the largest Middle Eastern VoIP companies. The service allows users to communicate with peers by voice over internet protocol, by using online and mobile applications, IP landline converters, VoIP telephones and instant messaging over the Internet. Phone calls may be placed to recipients on the traditional telephone networks. Calls to other users within are free of charge, while calls to landline telephones and mobile phones are charged via a debit-based user account system. GULFSIP is also popular for its free video mobile service and free conference call service. Gulfsip partnered with United Arab Emirates based company International Global Market Reach (IGMR) in 2010.
