I am becoming extremely dissatisfied with Wikipedia's inability to effectively implement neutrality. At some level, it will always fall behind the traditional Encyclopedia websites because editing can be done by anyone. True experts don't have time to spend half their life in an edit war with an editor pushing a political point of view and no formal work or professional qualification in the subject. When editors flag edits and revert in seconds under "TALK" just because they don't want to have a discussion, it undercuts Wikipedia's credibility. There are people, not even paid editors, that spend all their time injecting personal bias into the articles. When an actor or stage manager becomes the de facto thought police on history, economy, or politics, we are in a sorry state. Their superficial and limited knowledge on the subject wins out because arguing just isn't worth it anymore.
