Event 1 of the 1994 WPBSA Minor Tour was a professional non-ranking snooker tournament which took place in October and November 1994. The tournament was held at the Matchroom Schijnpoort in Antwerp, and featured 72 professional players.

The qualifying matches, over three rounds, were played under a best-of-five frames format, the last-16, quarter-final and semi-final matches best of nine, and the final best of eleven.

Jamie Woodman won the event, beating Matt Wilson 6–2 in the final.
