The 2016 Stoke Pool Invitational was the sixth edition of the amateur invitational pool tournament which took place in July 2016 in Gosport, England.
The tournament featured ten amateur players. A first-round match was played to determine which players would comprise the last eight; all matches were best-of-five frames.
K Eggar won the event, beating J Evans 3–1 in the final.
