Polygalatenoside are oligosaccharide derivatives, mostly sucrose esters [1]. These oligosaccharides are significant group of phytochemical compounds, are widely distributed in the roots, rhizomes, stems, barks, leaves, aerial, and whole parts of medicinal plants.
