Ever since he started up his film-career in 2006 in Johannesburg, South Africa, by co-founding his own film-production company "Vision 12" he took part in numerous productions. In 2008 he decided to return to Lesotho to be part of the upcoming film-industry in his home country. He then founded his second production company called "Mokoari Street Productions" together with his partner, Hannah Stockmann, living the philosophy of independent film-making. Since he was a child Mosese dreamed of becoming a film-maker, in his village he was known for being a notorious cinema-freak, showing his own "movies" with a little cinema-screen built out of a milk-box. Due to the advice of family-members, he studied Human Resource Management, a profession that was then known as solid. After completing his studies at the Central University of Technology of the Free State, South Africa, Mosese got back on track, following his dreams of becoming a film-maker. Knowing, that the film-industry in his home country, Lesotho, was basically non-existent, it was Moseses dream to create an own language of cinematography for Lesotho. Starting up with the production of several music videos for artists such as Lefate, Stlofa, Immortal Phoenix or Lerumo la Koebe, he released his first feature film "Likhapa tsa Mali" in 2010. "Likhapa tsa Mali", a low-budget thriller with dramatic elements, was premiered at Starkinekor Cinema in Maseru, Lesotho in November 2010. Mosese is currently working on his second feature film, "The Red Draught", shot in Germany, South Africa and Lesotho, which is focused on issues of power, tyranny and the scarcity of natural resources, such as water. Mosese is committed to social critical topics, his movies speak of poverty, discrimination based on so called race, of gender-based violence and social justice. In 2009 Mosese released a documentary on racism, called "Good Night My White Pride", which is based on interviews with both white and black people that received moving reactions from people all over the world.
