Tshepo Oupa Mokgoto was born on the 06 June 1982 in Acornhoek, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. He is fifth-born child of James Molefetseng and Linnet Mokgoto out of 8 children.
Tshepo started his education at Choeu Primary school from Grade R to Grade 5. He continued his primary education at Madile Primary School until Grade 7. In 1996 He went to Moholoholo Secondary school to do his grade 8 until Grade 10, He later eent to Lekete High School to complete his Grade 12 in the year 2000. In 2001 he did a bridging course in Electrical Engineering N3 at Phalaborwa Technical College. Later in 2001 he enrolled at Tswane University of Technology formerly known as Technikon Pretoria. He studied there until he completed his Diploma, BTech Degree and MTech Degree.
He started his career as IT Technician at Business Connexion from 2004 to 2007. in 2007 he started working as System Analyst, System Specialist and Business Analyst at Sasol Chemical Industries until 2012. From 2012 to date he is being working as a Applications Manager in the area of HR, Safety, Health, Environment and Risk.
