INDIA'S FREEDOM STRUGGLE
The East India Company was formed in England in 1600 that came to India for trade and commerce and it occupied almost the all parts of India by 1756. After the Sepoy Mutiny (1857) the Indian administration directly comes to the British Goverment from the Company. The advent of the English brought a great change in this education, economy, and in the cultural and social life of India. India's freedom struggle can be discussed as follows--- The Sepoy Mutiny:- It is also called the first wart of Independence. Mangal Pandey killed two British officers on parade at Barrackpore. But the Indian soldiers refused to arrest him. Howver, he was hanged and he got the honour to be the first Indian myrter mutiny broke out in Lucknow, Ambala.
