ISSA ABDUL SHAKUR(Born july 23 1991.)

             known by his stage name GHAFLA BIN VUU. he is a TANZANIAN hip hop according artist. GHAFLA first received local recognition in 2013, this is when he released off his debut mix tape UJIO WA MIMI NA UPWEKE. shortly after the release of UJIO WA MIMI NA UPWEKE in 2015 GHAFLA was contacted by a TANZANIAN presenter known as ADAM MCHOMVU and it was the first time to be recognized . in the same year 2015 GHAFLA released his song from his first ALBUM known as KARIBU YANGU MILELE MAISHA YANGU NI WEWE the song goes by the name NYIMBO YA WASHINDI which was itself followed by his second mix tape MAPISHI YA UPENDO in 2016.

EARLY LIFE

      GHAFLA was born in MOUNT MERU hospital at ARUSHA municipal in ARUSHA city, TANZANIA. his father is AFRICAN INDIAN who served in passengers bus. and his mother is AFRICAN who did'nt have aspecific job to handle but she strugles in doing different legal jobs in different aspects of life. GHAFLA's family is a family which consists of five individuals to which there are three children with both their parents. GHAFLA has an older sister whose name is AZMINA ABDUL SHAKUR and younger brother MOHAMED ABDUL SHAKUR. 
      GHAFLA was a very stubborn boy since his child hood to present he tends to know  a lot of things.

      GHAFLA started started rapping at the age of 11 but he became serious about it at the age of 15. GHAFLA and  some of his fellow student had a gruop which was known as CIVILIZED MOB, which included three rappers which are 1 DA PUNISHER, 2 PUNCHER and 3 CRAZY H.

at this time he added record production at PERFECT RECORD, the song is known as UTAMU. and his stage name was SIR-E.

      GHAFLA grew up in  multi-ethnic environment. his child hood revolved around the love to both foot ball and music. he attended MERU primary school(1999-2005). then he joined ORDINARY LEVEL education at BARAA secondary school(2006-2009) ARUSHA.

After passing his ORDINARY LEVEL education GHAFLA attended ADVANCED LEVEL education at MALANGALI HIGH SCHOOL in IRINGA(2010-2012) after then he joined the INSTITUTE OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT(IFM) DAR ES SALAAM in(2012-2015) studying his first bachelor of degree of accountancy. GHAFLA worked part time jobs as local shoes seller, and also T-SHIRTS when he was at college.
