Hi Everyone!

My Name is (U, Mr, Dr) Maung Maung Lwin. Thanks for viewing this page.

For those who are not familiar with Myanmar names, 'U' in Myanmar is similar to 'Mr' for men usually over 30 years of age and pronounced as 'Oo' as in 'Too' 'Hoo'. Myanmar Monks also put 'U' before their title or 'Myanmar Pali' names.

You may have visited one of the websites I started in my spare time before retirement.

MyanmarNet Myanmar Yadanar (Treasures) Dhamma Section at http://www.thisismyanmar.com/mb/videoclips.htm (Dhamma Videos, Dhamma Texts, etc. mostly in Myanmar, some in English))

MyanmarNet at http://www.myanmarnet.net (previously known as MyanmarBurma.info & PlabCity)

Nibbana.com at http://www.nibbana.com (about Myanmar Theravada Buddhism in English)

NibbanaDhamma at http://www.nibbanadhamma.co.uk (Dhamma Talks by Myanmar Monks mostly in Myanmar language), which I am phasing out.

London Mogok Vipassana Centre in London at http://www.mogok.co.uk, the first Mogok Yeiktha outside Myanmar, headed by a "Agga Maha Kamatthana Cariya Mogok Sayadaw".

Now I live in London after retirement from the National Health Service (after 30 years in the UK and 5 years in Myanmar at the Institute of Medicine 2, Yangon). I still visit Myanmar from time to time.

My conatact email for Wikipedia-related issues is mml-wiki@nibbana.com .

With best wishes,

U Maung Maung Lwin
