editPalladium Group, Inc., formerly known as Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, is a management consulting firm based out of Lincoln, Massachusetts, focused on strategy management, performance management, and business intelligence services. They have other locations throughout the United States and in Spain, Great Britain, Australia, and Dubai.
The Palladium Group describes themselves as "the experts in strategy execution". Their fellows, Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton are the co-creators of Balanced Scorecards. Their clients are in the financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, government, life sciences, retail and transportation industries.
