What I PLAN TO ADD/CHANGE

The article currently says little to nothing about the politics of Rwanda pre-genocide. I plan on addressing that if possible. Also, I think it is important to talk about the Tutsi and Hutu hatred towards each other and how that affected their politics.

"The most notorious of these began in April 1994. The shooting down of the plane carrying President Juvenal Habyarimana and his Burundian counterpart near Kigali triggered what appeared to be a coordinated attempt by some Hutu leaders to eliminate the Tutsi population."

Furthermore, I would like to provide information on how the country is trying to rebuild its economic standing because economics do play a role in politics.

"Growth averaged around 9% a year between 2001 and 2014, driven by coffee and tea exports and expanding tourism; poverty remains widespread and Rwanda is highly dependent on aid"

I want to give more of a background on the current Rwandan President, Paul Kagame. I think that I have more than enough information to add to this articles and my sources are very good in providing me with this information.

"His Excellency Mr Paul Kagame is serving his second elected term in office as President of Rwanda following victory at the elections held in August 2010."
