The Path of the Food
Beaten to death
And stabbed once again
And lifted up high
To pass inspection
Tossed into the void
And trapped in there, too!
Crushed, torn, and mangled
As the mandibles chew
Shoved down through the pit
Then into the bowl
And burnt by strong acid
To pieces from whole
Pushed through some tubes
To the long journey's end
Until the same treatment
Begins with a friend
