Major General Michael R. Osborn MBE is a British Army/NATO. He based in USA, Canada, France, Kuwait, Australia, Iraq, Iran, Russia and other countries of the world. Deployed with the UK contingent of NATO forces in Kabul, Afghanistan commander of 2nd Division since March 2012. He was born in Plovdiv, Maritsa municipality and Rodopi municipality in Bulgaria. He was educated at Staff College Camberley (UK).
