Egbert Kurt Jahn is a German political scientist, historian and peace researcher and emeritus professor at the University of Mannheim.
Career
editFrom 1974 to 1993, Jadn was a Research Group Leader at PRIF and a professor in Frankfurt. From 1993 to 2005, he was Professor of Political Science and Contemporary History at the University of Mannheim and director of the research program "New Democracies and Conflict Regulation" at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research, Research Area: the political systems of Europe and their integration.[1]
